"For such a city with a population under 200,000 this is a significant museum. It includes many local artists and those from within the state. Quality varies widely between collections. Entry experience is odd as one must go in the gift shop to buy a ticket. Friendly staff and on a Thursday afternoon when locals were admitted free of charge the museum was nearly empty. Spent about 90 mins to go through entire museum (3 floors)."
