"Tried to use their catering service for a VIP event. Put in the order the day before. 2 hrs before the event it shows they haven’t even started making them. I was on the phone with the manager and the catering provider for an hour trying to get them to make food. Barely was able to get food for 30 people. You’re better off going with a more established company or just not using this location. Very disappointing."
"I get that you guys are busy, but putting people "on hold" when you actually just hang up on them is WILD. Once is an accident. Twice is on purpose. And by the time you finally decided to take my call about the order I was trying to have you wait to make, it was too late. Maybe next time ask the person why they're calling and if you're too busy to take an order JUST SAY THAT. I literally cannot leave the office. Our manager got stuck out on a call and was unable to pick up the order at the originally scheduled time. We order out once a month as an office treat. We will make sure not to use Firehouse next time."
"Firehouse makes a decent sub. The meat is always overcooked but not dry, super wet. Like on the verge of falling apart. Sandwiches shouldn't be mushy. Firehouses subs could almost be eaten with a straw. Good flavor but consistency is rough. They have a coke freestyle machine which is a plus for me. Their cookies are likely the worst cookies I've ever had. I got oatmeal raisin cookies and they were crumbly and dry."
"This store is one of my favorite spot for lunch with my colleague. But its not for today. My complaint includes: there is smoke inside the store and cause the air looks cloudy, multiple soda ran out, paper napkin is also out. I can give these issues an excuse when sometime its just a bad/busy day. However, I have to write this message because it gets worse. My sub got wet, the pickle is mushy and not crunchy at all. Also, the lady shows that she doesnt want to welcome us. Im so upset writing this comment but I hope these issues wont happen on my next visit."
