"I waited in the drive thru for over 20 min, only to get home and see my Filet-o-Fish on a sesame seed bun! 8ve called, and the line is busy. I feel like they could have informed me that they were out of Filet buns!!!!"

"I went to drive through. Ordered an ice tea and quarter pounder with cheese only. I paid, was given my tea and asked to wait at #4 area. Twenty minutes later, I still do not have my burger. I saw a manager get out of her car. As she was walking in I mentioned to her the 2 other cars and I had been waiting well over 20 minutes. Seriously., I drove then drove back to the drive through because I had already paid. I still had to wait another 10 minutes to get the 1 burger! No concern for the customers at this location , if I had not already paid, I would have left! Appeared they wanted everyone to leave. Because they had no intention of providing an efficient quality customer service experience! I made my order on 1/6/24 at 2:04 pm. I got my order at 1:40 pm. Wow! Because of this service, I was late to my grandson’s ball game. Not cool!"

"When this first opened, I was amazed by how different it was from every other McDonald’s. The food was always hot and fresh, and the people working were happy and polite. It turns out that was just a honeymoon phase of a new restaurant. This time the drive-through attendant said, “what do you want?” and the employee at the second window complained about her manager to me. I just wanted chicken nuggets for my kid—didn’t ask for any store gossip on the side. No, this location is just like every other one."
