"This place has some great food! I ordered the oxtail with collard greens and Cajun rice. Everything was flavorful..the oxtail were tender and I recieved a larger portion than other restaurants. The owner was extremely friendly, considering it was busy at 1130am. I would personally find it overwhelming, lol. Parking is the only issue.. but I truly enjoyed some down south cooking and an extremely friendly atmosphere"

"Now they know they wrong… The lady and the younger guy were extremely nice but the man was extremely rude! Not only that we ordered chitterlings plates and THEY WERE SO NASTY AND DIRTY! They didn’t even try to clean them. And for the amount of money the portion servings don’t match the price."

"Food here was good but price to portion was expensive.$18 for a pork steak that was overly cooked. Don't get me wrong,I like a well fried pork chop but it was cooked to the point of dry. The wings were very small and I hate to pick left over feathers from my wings. The sides were ok and seasoned well. My collard greens were over cooked. The Mac and cheese was pretty good and the fried green tomatoes were good.The service was great. G's country kitchen will always be my place for great portions and well cooked food. "Worth every minute and every penny! There is so much love and soul put into the food here!!! Everything is cooked on spot, fresh by the owner! My husband and I ordered the Cajun Pasta, Mac and Cheese, and two slices of cake (lemon and caramel). It was all, absolute.... PERFECTION!!! We are so lucky to have found this little gem (and it's so close)! Please give E&N a try! You will not regret it!!!"
