Domino's Pizza

"Every time I order from here these people offer a free pizza because they mess it up so bad. They just sent this piece of $hit to my house. I'm done. Thanks for ruining dinner again. You will never get another dime from me."

"We ordered on the app tonight but after waiting little over an hour and with the tracker still showing it was being made we tried calling the store. It took a couple of tries, we kept getting hung up on. I could understand if this was a Friday night or the weekend but anyways. Once we finally got ahold of someone he said he was the manager and the app is never right on time… We pulled in and they were on their phones and stuff so clearly not busy."

"We have ordered delivery from this Domino's location for YEARS; it is the only location that offers delivery to our home address. In the past few months, service has been HORRIBLE. The tracker that gives estimated delivery times is a joke. I don't know if they are understaffed or poorly managed (or likely both), but the last two times we've ordered from them our order has sat in the "bake" stage for well over an hour. The first time I was able to call and cancel the order after the manager told me that it was going to be another TWO HOURS before our order would arrive. Are you kidding me? Three hours for delivery?! The second time (which is happening as I write this review) we are in the same boat -- it's been an hour already that the order has been in the "bake" stage. I've been on hold on the phone for over 25 minutes trying to cancel the order. I've skimmed the reviews and see it is the same issue for most people. If you'll notice, every "Response from the owner" is from a different person, so clearly someone is having fun replying to these complaints pretending to be the owner. No one actually cares to improve this service."

"I have been traveling over 24 hours coming home from Australia and exhausted I went on the Dominos app and the order got placed with the Jeff road location they canceled my order through e mail which was frustrating so I called the store closest to me they said they are not my store and that the one on 72 was by the time I called them I was cranky hungry and just want food! Ms Denise and her team stepped up the sweet girl I spoke to first (wish I could remember her name) you could hear how much she cared in her voice and she said she was new which I completely understand and wanted to get the manager to help and Ms Denise did she fully understood my house was new construction and my address is a little weird. As I sit here writing this review my order was just delivered in under 30 mins! Thank you Ms Denise and your team for getting my belly full so I can get a great night sleep after a long day!"

"I ordered 3 pizzas & they really cheated me on the toppings. One was philly meat/mushrooms/bell pepper & there was next to no philly meat on it. One was spinach/black olives & there was almost no spinach on it. I wanted the Pepperoni/Beef/Mushroom to be well done & it wasn’t. None of them were cut correctly & not cut at all in some areas. Just rushed, sloppy, & incomplete. I’m so disappointed in this location."
