"all i wanna say is, i ordered bacon cheese sticks and normal cheese sticks through DoorDash. and i put a extra side of pepperoncini on it thinkings i was only gonna get 2. whoever gave me 15 of them, thank you SO MUCH. the breadsticks were amazing but the fact y’all loaded me up on them pepperoncini’s i love you."

"This is my favorite place to get pizza, not only is their pizza quality better than other locations but the service here is awesome. Eric really goes above and beyond and he's very customer service oriented; it's pretty refreshing honestly. PJ's has a solid all-around employee with him and I'll gladly promote this location because of him."
"Someone promote Tanner. He is patient, he is thorough, he is kind. When the competition absolutely let me down for a function with 2 hours notice, I called this location to ask if they could help. Tanner listened, assured me that my request could be honored, offered to take my order but then learned it was an app only special, patiently confirmed my app order and took delivery instructions. Exactly on time, 7pm, I got the call from the driver. She went to the exact location. She was kind and I wish I got her name (ordered 12.20 under my name on this review if management can pull that up). Shame on us for not ordering from Papa Johns first. Thank you, PJs County Line, for absolutely saving the evening. Thank you, Tanner, for the incredible service and patience. What a rock star."
"Absolutely the best!! A guy named ERIC seriously gave me the best customer service I've ever received!!! He was so kind, he didn't make me feel like I was just another customer to get out of the way!!! Then COLE answered all my questions over the phone with a great positive attitude, then when I got there showed me equally amazing customer service! Both ERIC & COLE deserve a raise, a reward or at the very least a paid day off and a pat on the back!! You really don't see much customer service now a days let alone GREAT customer service!!!..not to mention all the people in the back mad phenomenal food I had like 80 dollars worth (got it down to like 62 with the discount & rewards lol) but still that's alot of food and each item was awesome!!! Will definitely be back alot!!! Thank yall so much!!! I hope you get rewarded for such amazing customer service!!!"
