"We are traveling and had an issue with our truck. We had to leave the campgrounds we were parked in and they were full. We had no truck to pull our Camper. We called a few dealerships and stopped by one and no one would even consider looking at the truck for weeks. I called Sandy Sansing Ford in Daphne, AL and spoke to Michael. I explained our predicament and he spoke to the mechanic foreman. They told us to stop by and they might be able to at least diagnose the problem for us. No guarantees. The mechanic took one quick listen and diagnosed the problem. He assured us that we would be fine pulling our camper home and waiting for the repair once home. Michael also checked our warranty and found that we are still under warranty for this particular issue. We are so grateful that Michael took the time to listen to our unique problem and the mechanic took a moment to listen to our truck and reassure us that we would be fine. This kind of customer service is very rare these days."
