"Too high on tires. Went too Eastern Shore Toyota got Toya tires for 726. Including alignment."
"No one ever answers the phone. Bought 4 tires from Sam's, really advertised the free lifetime tire rotation and alignment. What they conveniently leave out is that the tread has to be to a certain standard. Wasted 2 days - making an appointment in person (with a rude woman), and then getting my car worked on just for them to tell me no. Save your time and money."
"Place is HORRIBLE, Manager should be FIRED, Cafe been closed 2 weeks, If you call tire department NO ONE answers phone NEVER , Worst SAM'S I have ever dealt with , Also try to reach customer service at store ( good luck with that) Daphne location"
"Tires cost the same as everywhere else. Had to go back to the shop and bring in tools and new lug nuts as some of the lug nuts were stripped and the tire shop was not equipped to deal with that. Made 2 trips to auto shops during the process and my husband basically ended up installing the tires himself."
