"Very hard to communicate with! They will answer the phone about once out of 5 times that you try to call them, and if you leave a voicemail, they won't call you back. My agent sends me emails, and when I try to reply, it comes back as undeliverable. Suffice to say I will be looking for a new agency next time I need to renew."
