"The customer service my husband and I got on 12-30-22, was absolutely amazing. The two guys changed our battery, in the rain. Had a great attitude and pleasant to talk to the entire time. I tried to hold an umbrella over the area they were changing the battery, don't know if it helped with the wind, lol, but it turned out the battery was difficult to change out. After they got it situated, still with a great attitude, it went fine. So, a HUGE THANK YOU, to the two gentlemen. Yall made our day. Saved our day too, cause we didn't have any tools at my father-in-laws. That would've ended up being very difficult lol."

"Horrible experience...Had to wait approximately 20 minutes after I got hit in the back by the door. All I needed was a battery. I was on the phone with my husband at time. There was a lady around the counters I said hello she ran to the back and DISAPPEARED. The young man came in with the old lady I know to wait had been waiting already 20 + min...he never said ma'am I'll be with you shortly. He only hollered at when I told my husband if I steal something..he said don't speak rudely which meant he say me, smelled me, and heard me but only acknowledged me when I made statement And threatened to call Daphne police.. I said call I had done nothing wrong. Had money.i left after a few choice words and got THE BEST service at AUTOZONE right down street on 98. Shout out to RED from Tennessee."
