"Took my bike in for their $85 tune up (had an issue with the brakes squeaking). Got the bike back later than what they promised. Just took it out for the first ride since picking up and now there is a clicking when I peddle and some of the gears are rubbing (this wasn’t happening before it took it in). Now I need to go to another bike shop pay additional money to get this problem fixed. Seems like a nice shop but wouldn’t recommend or take my bike back there. It was just a rip off for me."

"Pro Cycle and Tri is hands down one of the best bike shops I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Joseph is a phenomenal mechanic, and he is the only person who has ever been able to get me comfortable and injury free in my bike fit. Katie is consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and makes me feel welcome. Theirs is the only bike shop in which I put my full faith regarding my bike position and any technical or functionality issues I have with my bike. If I could give them twenty stars in this review I would!"
