"How do you define "Integrity?" Answer: Hoffrens Auto Diagnostics. They made a mistake and took full responsibility for it. They paid for the part (which was expensive) and even paid the diagnostic fee the dealer charged me. I will use no other auto repair shop!"

"I want to start by saying they were great when they would work on my vehicles. Never had an issue until we wanted to have them do work on my wifes project car El Camino SS. I have had them work on my 1988 F250 twice in the last two years. When I bought my wife a 1986 El Camino SS I already knew I was going to take her car to Hoffrens for any needs because I was so pleased with their service, pricing and work ethic. However, when we brought it they said they dont work on cars that old, we mentioned my truck and other work in the past. They said they wont work on it anymore either. This was due to age and parts. While I respect their decision I think its awfully short sighted. I am a person who maintains there vehicle and you are forfeiting the revenue and business of all my vehicles 6 in total because you dont want to have to hunt for parts for 2 of the older ones? We said ok, thank you for all the work you did in the past and gave the business for the cars to Firestone in Daphne. They had no issue working on both my 88 F250 to replace the starter and solenoid and rebuilding the entire brake system and suspension on the El Camino SS. In total nearly 8 thousand dollars in parts and labor they turned away and lost earning against. For what some time spent part hunting? Which Firestone did in a day btw to acquire all the components to do the suspension and brakes on the El Camino and had it ready for pickup driving like new, because at the end of the day its still a CHEVY! Its sad to say but now I wont recommend Hoffren's to anyone who has an older vehicle and I have moved all my maintenance to another vendor. If you have a newer vehicle sub 20 years old they will work on it, anything past 15 years and you start to creep into the we wont support that window unfortunately. I tried to keep my business local and with a small business but they didn't want it."

"Jeff is amazing! The dealership (Team Gunther Kia) told me I needed a new windshield wiper pump on my 2017 Kia at a cost of $270. Jeff came by my house pulled the pump and all it needed was to be cleaned. He charged me only $90. I highly recommend him!"

"Beware of using this mechanic. They will quote you a price and then when you pick the car up the price will be substantially higher. They quoted me $430 on the phone and then charged us $739 when my wife picked the car up. Some reviews I’ve read call them honest, but that’s not the experience I had with them."
