"DO NOT use this business. 2000 dollars, small claims court, countless calls, and fourteen months of outlandish lies later, we just had our car towed away from this horrible business. Full disclosure we recuperated the 2000 dollars through court but the experience was harrowing. 2017 GMC with 75,000 miles was hit on the passengers side. It was mechanically sound so we drove it there and the owner stated the body work would be completed in two weeks. Weeks turned to months until we were forced to purchase another car and hire an attorney. When we went to pick it up, he said it no longer runs because of a timing issue that occurred on the lot. When asked why he replaced a door on the drivers side (the side that wasn’t wrecked), he said because when his mechanic was trying to fix the timing, he dented the door. It is an auto body shop, and the car ran perfectly so I’m completely baffled with that explanation. I have never left a bad review but I felt compelled to let others know to never use this business unless you have a spare car to drive for a year and a good attorney on retainer, just to be sure."
"My mom hit a deer in her Camry. Several shops quoted her over twice the amount Chas quoted. Picked up the car today and couldn’t be happier with the work. Mr. Payne even made sure she had a car to drive while he was finishing up her paint work. Excellent work and very friendly."
"My elderly parents crushed a door mirror backing out of their garage. They matched the paint perfectly with a price that was unbeatable on the Eastern Shore. Not only did they do great work but after painting the part we discovered the mirror purchase by me was listed incorrectly on the web site...it was the wrong side. The owner personally gave us a large discount on painting the correct part. GREAT WORK HONEST OWNER..I highly recommend"
