"I used to work here back in 2015 alongside Mr. and Mrs. Rambo themselves, so I know how things are supposed to be run. I called yesterday morning to get a quote on 4 tires. They said they’d call me back, and I never heard back. I called again after I got off work, and they said the same thing. I never heard back. I called for the third time this morning and finally got the quote, and it was a little more than I expected. So, I said I would let them know while I look at a few other places to compare, and they just hung up. No goodbye or have a nice day or anything. Every time I called I felt like I was bothering them rather than being a well respected potential customer and former employee. I then called sweat tire, they gave me a price immediately, for a better deal, and said they could have them today. When I said I would need to call them back, my man Doug thanked me and told me to take my time. That’s service. I used to love Rambo’s (and I definitely still love the family), but I really do not appreciate being disrespected."
