"I originally purchased my tires at the Hwy 280 location over a year ago but was pleasantly surprised that a new location was closer to my home. This one which is in the circle around the Galleria in Hoover is now my favorite tire center. I used to shop at NTB but they closed their Galleria location a few years ago. I guess when one door shuts another one opens up. The general manger Jessie and the assistant manager Josh were both super friendly, very knowledgeable and worked very hard to earn my business. They worked me into the schedule and that really helped me to be able to return back to work. (my truck pulls a trailer and hauls a lot every day). I really appreciate their professionalism, courtesy and attention to the customers needs like mine. I can truly say that I will recommend Discount Tire to all my family, friends and people I meet that it may come up in conversation with. I couldn’t have had a better experience! "Ordered my new wheels a week ago on a Thursday. Not sure why but the website let me schedule an appointment for the following Saturday morning. Manager called me saying the wheels would be delivered by then but said he would call me when they show up and get them done same day. He called me today saying they arrived and scheduled a new appointment but said they would get me in even if I was early. They got me checked in quickly but took them about 30 mins to get my vehicle in the bay. Once in they had my new wheels and tires installed in maybe 45 mins. They even asked if I wanted black or chrome lugs and swapped them out for some that don't cause issues they have run into previously at no charge to me. The manager was super awesome to work with, was very communicative and would not hesitate to go in the bay and help out to speed things up. I was super pleased with the service I received and the interactions I had with both the Manager and other employees. I could not recommend this place enough. Discount Tire is my new go-to for wheel and tire needs!"
