"I had the misfortune of a flat tire on my SUV on FRIDAY while in Birmingham for a conference but I was fortunate to find pep boys at Galleria Circle in Hoover. Service Manager Kenneth Cavinder and his Associate ,Blake were the consummate service professionals in servicing my needs .I recommend this location without reservation and although, i don't reside in the area, when i purchase new tires for my vehicle, I will return pepBoys #1584 in Hoover"

"I saw my car’s alert about the front left tire’s low air pressure at 6pm. Found two nails in the tire at 6:05pm. Called this place at 6:08pm, brought the car in 6:20pm. Both holes were fixed by 6:55pm and I could safely go back home. Sincerest thanks for the excellent service."
"I called this store because they had goid reviews. I work a lot and drive a lot so i need my car to be safe. Blake was very helpful. I called and he ordered the tires that I needed and the price was good. The problem is... I asked them to check to see if I needed an alignment. They said my alignment was fine. I took my car to Toyota the next day for an oil change and they said I needed an alignment. I asked my bf to check the alignment and it is indeed off. I specifically went to pep boys because they're open on Sundays. I work every other day. So now I will have to take more time to get my car right so I don't mess up the new tires I just bought."
