"I got insurance from them a few times always was easy and good I never had to use it and I hope I will never need it, I was a little disappointed they removed Israel from the list but it's now back I was there I can say clearly it is safe there it's not like a war zone Israel is safer than San Francisco or New York City more people die from shootings or from anything in New York City and San Francisco then Israel. Everything is open school stores shops malls people are happy"

"Beware, NOT a “cancel for any reason” type policy. In preparing for our honeymoon I specifically searched for a “cancel for any reason” type of insurance policy and came across Trawick travel insurance. We purchased a trip cancel-for-any-reason policy for our honeymoon trip to Peru and later found out I needed surgery 2 weeks before the trip. Despite ample medical documentation our claim was initially denied. I obtained additional attestation from the surgeon operated me also recommending no travel - but was told this was not necessary when I called. Do not recommend at this point . Will update if we can appeal!"

"Very pleased with everything from Customer service to receiving my claim. I filed a claim for trip delay/ interuption on Nov. 25, 2023 and I received a check on Jan 29, 2024.After filing my claim online which was recommended. (it would be processed faster) I received an e-mail confirmation that my claim was received. I was able to follow the progress of my claim by signing in to my account. I also have to mention how friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful the rep I spoke on the phone was. I will not hesitate to use Trawick again in my upcoming trips."

"WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Purchased travel insurance but went into the hospital a week before the trip so had to cancel trip. I provided the doctor note required and all documents and heard nothing. Nothing happens until you call and hassle them. After months of calling they finally sent checks in September only to find they said I did not cancel for medical reasons and only paid 70%. After more calls they finally sent two of three checks for additional amount requiring me to hassle more to get my money. Worthless company. Next trip I used AAA and much better service. If I could put zero stars in Google I would."

"I was pretty skeptical about buying any kind of travel insurance. You always hear more bad than good about them. The only reason I did was more for the medical coverage for my mom. We took a cruise and my mom unfortunately had an accident and ended up needing 4 stitches on her toe once we got back onto the cruise ship. I submitted a claim the day we got back with all the paperwork. Fast-forward 13 days I get an email from them wanting 3 more things, 1 item didn't exist, 1 I had already sent with the initial submission and the other was an updated statement that showed I paid everything already. So at this point I called them and was hung up on 4 times. So that pissed me off then finally someone answered and said they didn't really no anything to just send back all the documents and tell them again what happened. So I resent everything back to them through the email they sent me. At this point, I just figured they were trying to find something to deny. Fast forward 18 days and there was no email no communication nothing. So I called them asking about the status and thankfully I was not hung up on this time. The person checked the status and said that my claim was finalized and a check had been mailed out. Thankfully I received the check 5 days later. Overall this company I'd give 4stars simply because of the communication. They did what the insurance was supposed to do and paid out for the accident. Would I use them again probably."
