"I was told my insurance would pay all my bill. After the impression was done they told me I had to pay in full, right then. They only filed with medicare after I called them several months later. Then had to get my federal bc/ bs to call to get them to file with them. Then when they were paid again by the insurance less a bc write off. They only gave me back the amount the insurance paid them. It wasn't much but I have no deductible. I feel like if they get everybody to pay up front they make plenty extra by keeping the write off. So you better beware they are not supposed to collect write offs The orthotics fit great"

"I had my orthotics done elsewhere before, and they fell apart within 8 months. Complete Feet made me a set that have lasted 2 years. They also made me an additional set for my dress shoes. Michael took care of me personally and helped me get into a shoe that stopped my issues with middle arch support. I also had a nerve that was firing nonstop, and it was making the sole of my foot itch so badly I was literally digging into it with a ballpoint pen to try to stop the irritation. The orthotics made the nerve problem disappear overnight. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!"
