"((HOOVER LOCATION)) Jasmine was the absolute best!!! I received a text about my payment from the Irondale office and she took the time to go through and explain why I was receiving the messages. I wished that I could give her more than five stars but that's only what google allowed. I'm currently a customer at the Irondale location and it's been nothing but a migraine dealing with the customer service Representatives at that location. It is a Spanish lady there that has no type of patience while speaking to customers and the African American lady there with a very very nasty attitude. I don't understand as a company why they continuously hire people of their caliber. I am so grateful that I was able to reach the Hoover location and get assistance from Jasmine. She should be recognized more within this company as a perfect customer service representative. This company could use her to go to the Irondale location and train the people there because they can use a lesson in customer service when it comes to dealing with the public. Again, thank you Jasmine for your help!"
