"Dishonest photos online. Showed car with great pictures and no damage. No written description of damage to vehicle. However, once you drive to their lot and take a look at the vehicle, an entire side of the car has noticeable damage. Note: this side was not even shown in their online photos. Not an honest or good business practice. Seems like false advertising indeed."

"So I’ve waited to make this review until my business was done with them. Let’s just start off by saying this..Eastern Shore Toyota is by FAR the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I have two altercations to reference. 1. I was trading in my truck for a newer model last year and whoever it was that did my financing was terrible. I went in and got approved for a loan on the truck and my credit was kind of low so the finance guy asked if I had a co-signer and I used my wife’s credit. It was late in the day so the guy said he’d finish up the deal the following morning. Well after he was done it was solely put on my credit so my note was higher. Once I found out I contacted them and asked why we didn’t use my wife’s credit and I was told the guy was off. So no one could give me an answer. I called again the next day and was told he was busy and would call me back. Never received a call so I went up there which was out of my way cause I lived in Mobile. Come to find out the guy was suspended for mishandling other loans. Even though he was suspended they could not change my deal because it had already been accepted. There was no communication about anything and just mishandled at every step. 2. This happened about a month ago. We took my wife’s 2022 KIA Sorento to them to have the interior detailed. While the detail job was really good for some reason all of the exterior window trim was somehow damaged. All of the paint was stripped down to bare metal and looked terrible. When asked how it’s possible to mess up the outside of the car when we only had an interior detail I was given no answer. They then told us they’d order the parts to fix everything and call us when they came in. We get the call that all the parts are in so we could bring the vehicle to them. So we have to take time out of our work to get them the vehicle for a whole day. Now they did give us a rental but when we get there to pick up the car come to find out only half the parts came in. We were not told that upfront. Now we have to take another whole day to give them the car for repairs. Just all in all it was a TERRIBLE experience dealing with this dealership. I hope anyone else that goes here has a better experience."
