"All the google reviews here seem to be debatable, especially the service with Ray Smith. At first, he welcomed me but his attitude toward me changed when I started to ask questions about my vehicle. I did not mean to annoy him. I just wanted to know what the root caused the issue to my vehicle and what services I was paying for. When Ray pointed out that my vehicle would need to replace a brake pad, I asked him few times what “3mm Red” was referring to. He looked at me and showed me frustration. The way Ray treated and talked to me needs to get fixed up. That’s not how you manage your customers. I am pretty disappointed on the customer service I received today."
