"They constantly do not have prescriptions ready even when they say they are ready. Our insurance changed, we verified our insurance pays and now they calm they don't yet we've been getting it for months. Now we have to either pay out of pocket for his meds or have a 1 day ER stay to get the meds. We called 3 days ago and it was not ready today and no they claim it's not covered by our insurance. I have 3 policies and it's always been covered. Go somewhere else. This places is nothing but excuses and should just closed the doors."
"The pharmacy department is awful. My daughter has to beg every month to get her son's prescription filled. Today when she called the pharmacist told her that the world doesn't revolve around her like she thought all month and her son's medicine won't be in till April, do not call back till then. What kind of pharmacist is that? She has trouble with almost all of them that work there. We have been long time customers. Not any more."
"Yesterday morning I dropped my prescription off to be filled. Was told it will be done later in the day. I came back several hours later to pick up my refill and the people look at me confused. The pharmacist came over to see what was going on. Figured out what the problem was. He apologized and immediately went and filled my prescription. The staff here are always great. Even though they were very very busy! They still took care of me with professionalism and courtesy. And I just wanted to say thank you again."
