"I understand store associates are overworked and tired. But the level of friendliness and helpfulness at Target has degraded recently. I was in a 5 second stare down with a Target associate awaiting a greeting on Thursday night. Recent Target service has gotten so bad I prefer to not go into Target stores and rather utilize the order pick up service to minimize my interaction with annoyed Target employees. This problem is not going anywhere. Bad service is the new norm for discount retail."
