"An "upscale" store like this shouldn't cut corners on their in-store ambience and shopping experience. They pay their full-time pianists less than what McDonald's pays their 16 year-old burger flippers. I don't want to knock their pianists too much...everyone has to work....but such a position requires far more skill and experience than an entry-level burger flipper has. Shame on VM."
"Every time I come to Von Maur I am treated courteously and with respect. Professional staff, beautiful environment, even a real pianist playing on a small grand. Today Reggie in the men's department assisted me. He is amazing. You should ask for him. I always ask for Brandy in cosmetics. Customer service wrapped my gifts beautifully. Everyone is always so pleasant. The experience is wonderful. It is always like this. Thank you, Von Maur, for offering me a better choice."
"Jason in the men's department did not disappoint! I needed a sport coat and he was a wealth of information and so helpful with proper coat fitting and selection. He also pointed out the areas that needed adjustment and Laurie did a fantastic job with the free alterations. It was even done a day early and I cannot wait for an event soon to wear it out. He even sets up all the example clothes pairings to make killer coat, shirt, and tie combos. Visit Jason at Von Maur for all your men's wear needs!"
