"It was a pleasant experience. The only complaint we had was the lack of visual pricing. It was hard to determine the price of things. The sales staff were incredibly helpful. Check out was actually enjoyable. Wonderful staff at this location!"
"I was signed up for a credit card at the Troy location, which was wonderful. However, I ended up shopping in Livonia this particular day, and they called store security, over the speaker, to the section I was in. I have never been so uncomfortable in my LIFE!!!! I’m pretty sure the security worker is who checked me out. I later returned the merchandise to that same store and will be closing out that card today. I will NEVER step foot inside another Kohls again!"
"I purchased a pair of workout shoes. The price was great, the service was great and whenever I asked a question, I was met with kindness and professionalism. However I spent more time searching for the shoes than I cared to. The entire women's athletic shoe department was in disarray. There was no order of sizes and none of the displays matched the boxes beneath."
"I visited the 7 mile location today and the store was clean, associates were friendly and the lines were busy but moving right along even in the holiday season! I went for a jewelry purchase and Brenda was helpful, patient, funny and helped with recommendations! I will definitely be back to that location."
"New stop!!!!!We had an item we bought online to exchange and we were treated with kindness and respect.All of the employees were nice and helpful.The store was clean and organized.They are also having a clearance sale with an additional 50 percent off any clearance item.Fitting rooms were clean as well.
