"I usually enjoy my shopping experience here. I agree that the customers generally suck, and sometimes the employees are following rules too strictly, but they are a very busy location and we're just stuck in the churn. I just wish they would fix their gas station queue. It's dangerous, often unfair, and inefficient. I know everyone always thinks they could do it better, but I actually have experience and could do it better. At least they have gas... unlike Southfield Costco."
"It's worth a bit of a wait to save $0.40 per gallon on gas. If you can come between 6:00 am and 9:00 am, the lines will typically be much shorter."
"Consistently crowded. Desperately needs to extend their hours; open earlier and close later. I barely even go anymore because it's so busy and I can't even peruse. I grab what I need and immediately leave. I'm thinking of cancelling my membership over this. Maybe if they offered grocery pickup like other grocery stores it would be worth it. I'm disabled so it's incredibly difficult to be in a busy store and there's not a single time during the day/week that the store isn't jam packed. There's also a huge lack of handicap parking. They're all full every time I go with people waiting for spots to open up and it takes 20+ minutes just to park."
"An interesting thing happened here in the parking lot-no reflection on the Costco crew but on their customer. I parked at the end of a row with nobody parked within 5 spots because I had a nervous dog in the car. I was in the store about 20 minutes and came out to this note on my windshield. Really? How does that parking job look to you?"
"One stop shop. It has a wide range of items including home goods, kitchen, electronics, grocery, optical, bakery, toys, household items and much more. The food court is known for their hotdogs, pizza, churros etc. Costco is amazing this location is clean, the staff is friendly. They do need membership for entry and buying. Do check Them out."
