Buffalo Wild Wings

"I have been waiting over 20 minutes sitting at the bar and nobody even acknowledges I have been here! The bar is empty and the place is empty. So 30 minutes later finally got a beer. One hour later still waiting for food. Eve thought there is at least 4 girls talking at the end of the bar. Sorry but 10 wing won’t take an hour to get cooked. My last time here! Good luck if you want to try it! Like I said empty place!"

"We had a birthday party scheduled at 5:00 PM Sunday at Texas Roadhouse and they told us (when we showed up earlier than we planned to eat) that there was no way they could accommodate us even if they put us at separate tables. That kind of floored us, but okay. We went over to Buffalo Wild Wings at the other end of that same shopping complex and we are glad we did. We all sat at one big long table and there were 18 of us. Everyone ordered different things. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich and I ordered the double cheeseburger. My husband and I only ate half of our fries and sandwiches. I'm here to tell you that even warming it all up the next night, it was still just as good as it was the night before. The service was also amazing! We are not a hard crowd, but we were a big crowd and she did a great job accommodating all of us!! Kudos to Buffalo Wild Wings! We will definitely be going back there!!"

"Food is pretty good, but the wings are tiny. Staff does the best they can given how incompetent management is. There was one server running around the entire restaurant from when we got there to when we left, around 6:00 to 7:00. Restaurant has good atmosphere. But they don’t warn you that ranch that comes with your wings costs extra, and then they give you two of them when the wings are too minuscule to even finish one."

"My husband and I decided to go here Tuesday night to watch the World Series game. We knew that on Tuesdays they have on their specials. When we got there we asked if the bar was open seating and one of the staff said yes. She didn’t tell us that it was just the bar top so we picked a table in the bar. Nobody came to serve us so we asked about it and they said the section was closed. The only other options available in the bar area were two tops and we had a friend so they said they could sit us in the dining room. All around us the chairs were picked up on top of the tables with more closed sections and it was only 7:15pm… Then on top of this rough start it took the server forever to greet us. It was not busy at all in the restaurant. Maybe 7 tables in the restaurant were filled at this time and there were at least 4 servers working. At least 2 in the dining room and 2 in the bar. When our server did come around she was nice and the food was good. I decided to try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I honestly miss the original Buffalo chicken sandwich where you could pick your sauce more. My husband and I both used to work at a Buffalo Wild Wings and over the years this restaurant has only gone downhill with all the corporate changes. Which is really sad because I used to love this place."
