"I purchased a 12 pack of the Angelus leather paints and picked this up curbside and immediately saw the top had one piece of tape on only one side and the bottom had multiple pieces of dispenser tape on the bottom. I called before I left and let the mod know about the tape and asked for someone to come back out. Well she came out and I told her that it looked like it had been returned and she stated well it was the only 1 in the store (at the time of placing the order online said they had 2) because I asked for another one. She then opened the box and opened one of the bottles and said no they aren't individually sealed, but upon arriving home the black was sealed and also the green was sealed, but every other color had the seal popped off. I am really upset that I paid almost $40 for used items. This was clearly a previous return and I wish we would have opened and inspected every each bottle before I left today.I will also note I have not contacted the store again due to the fact that I was told it was the only set in store. I will call cs tomorrow."

"It's sad to see a once great chain of stores fade to such abject failure. The staff, if you can find any, are not pleasant to deal with at all. The lady at the cutting table simply nodded her head at me like it was too much trouble to actually speak. The lady at the register spoke, but only to tell me the amount of the sale. I don't expect to have scintillating conversations with anyone, but the basics of please and thank you, good morning... basic politeness doesn't seem like too big an ask."

"I went in close to closing time and only had 15 minutes. I was warmly greeted, and was to get two skeins of yarn. HA!! I immediately saw the 80% off the Christmas BEAUTIFUL STUFF!! Well, that and 8 skeins later, hurried to check out. Voiced that I knew it was past closing, and I sure do hate I didn’t get her name, and that I was sorry. (On my receipt it says Cashier: 717994). She was SO SWEET, asking about what I was planning to make, and told her how crochet had saved me and pulled me out of a very difficult dark hole I was in. She empathized with me. She even insisted to watch me to my car! Thank you # 717994, and may God Bless your kind heart!! Oh and this was January 5,Wednesday!!"

"This is such a good store for art and craft supplies and sewing supplies. I also like their holiday decorations, especially at Christmas time. The store is well organized and has nice and helpful employees."
