"I bought an oven heating element there today on 10/28/22 and when I got into my truck to leave, my truck would not start!! I let Anthony (employee) know about my issue and that I was waiting for my husband to come help me. Y’all Anthony was soooooo nice about it and said it was no problem and that if I needed to come inside and wait that I could. I stayed in the truck making calls and 30 minutes later or so Anthony brought me a bottle of water. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Anthony for making a day going bad just a little better!! "Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase parts from this company. I made a purchase on the 21st of this month, we installed the part, it worked twice. It actually burnt out. I called the store to tell them of my problem and I was informed if that happened I was the first in 10 years. They did not offer any options for example we can exchange the part for you, we are very sorry for your inconvenience. They offered nothing. They recommended that I I call a repair person because it was probably something else going on, as if I couldn't see that the igniter I purchased wasn't glowing much less working. I called their repair person and he acted as if I was bothering him and ask that I call back tomorrow. Needless to say I couldn't get in touch with the manager which I was trying to do before I called a repair man. Finally today 1 week after getting a repair man I get in touch with the manager (after calling every day). He informs me he will not help me with my repair bill even though it was his part that was faulty, and he was very rude. I said he would swap out his 45.00 part that I do not need as the repair man replaced. I do not recommend this company to anyone that works hard for their money. Their are other appliance Parts in town and amazon is pretty quick at getting things to you. Use Caution and do not purchase anything from this company. They are in the business to cheat people out of their hard earned money, which is really hard to come these days."
