"Went in (Birmingham-Patton Creek location)looking to buy a suit and some coats, and was having difficulty finding my size. Not one employee ever greeted us or asked to help. We were in there a good 15-20 minutes and was never assisted. We left without buying anything."
"Well unfortunately I was the groom and none of our tux fit the way they were supposed to, they were all too short. I was the groom and was told mine would be free and then on pickup I am told it won’t be free any longer. None of my wedding party were happy with the experience. If anybody ever needs a recommendation this will definitely not be the place to send anybody"
"I would give them zero stars if I could out of 6 suits only one fitted correctly. The pants on 3 where short and the jackets was undersized and we had to swap vests with each other to even fit. The shirts where a size small. The staff on return did not care it here is your receipt will never use this place again..Telling the Groom you would get a free hire then saying on.pick up you did not have enough groomsmen for this offer .I will never use or recommend this place. They asked me too reach out which i did not a response from them shows how much they care about their customers. They want you to review them and they don't care do not use these people as they DONT CARE 000 STARS. WHAT A JOKE"
"Their store manager is awful. First we came in and Robert couldn’t see us because we didn’t have an appointment. We made and appointment, showed up. Robert said “appointments are great but they mean nothing if we are busy”. I am trying to buy a suit for my wedding and rent matching suits for my groomsmen. My fiancée is black so it might be a racial issue. Go to Brookwood village."
"This Jos A. Bank is excellent and highly recommended if you are looking for a suit in Birmingham. The customer service from all three staff members was stellar and they provided me with the right information to purchase the right products for my work event. Do not go anywhere else!"
