"Solid Burger!"
"Got the chance to try this food truck out when they were parked at a neighborhood near mine. They offer primarily burgers, with some traditional favorites as well as creative takes like the Naruto burger, which comes with eel sauce, avocado, spicy mayo, cream cheese, and fried onion. I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to my burgers, so I opted to try the All American Remastered, which comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, and a garlic aioli. I asked for mine with no tomato or onion though. Boyfriend got a plain cheeseburger and we both got seasoned fries to complete our meal. The guys working the truck were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. Our food came out in a reasonable time and our orders were correct. Great service! Prices were about $12 a person. Our burgers were good! Note that a cheeseburger is legit just beef and cheese, so be sure to ask if you want more stuff on there. The burgers were cooked to my liking. I was afraid the buns were gonna overwhelm the burgers because they looked big, but they wound up being really light and airy and they stood up to the toppings very well, so I was happy with that. The bacon was cooked absolutely perfectly, so nice and crispy and very flavorful. It was also a generous portion. I loved the garlic aioli -- I wish more places would put them on burgers! Very flavorful and smooth and added a needed moisture, as my one complaint is the burger was a little on the dry side. Our fries were solid. They were generous with the very slightly spicy seasoning; there was flavor in every bite. Some of the fries weren't quite crispy enough and/or were a little...I dunno, kinda dry?? Not sure how to describe it. But overall we enjoyed the fries and the portion size was generous. I love food trucks and food truck season, so if you're itching for a new place to try, I'd hunt this place down, grab a burger, sit outside, and enjoy the beautiful weather before we get to the sweltering summer season."
"This was an awesome burger. Had it at the Lantern Festival tonight and was presently surprise. Had the All American. It.had Bacon, Cheese, Garlic Aolie, fresh tomato, lettuce, and onion. Can't wait to see them again. This is now one of my go to"s."
