"They installed my new unit but never installed the filter under my unit and tried to to charger me for my coil clean up and then tried to charge me for a improper drip line install, now after paying them for a a check up the technician said my coils are shot, this company is the most shady company I have ever delt with"

"They scratched my hardwood floor, because they didn’t put anything down while removing my old ac. They threw cigarettes in my driveway and spent almost 8 hrs at my house just to tell me they have to come back tomorrow because they didn’t bring enough pipe. It’s now after midnight and I still haven’t even taken a shower after work and I’m tired as hell. Considering the audacity to charge me over 12 grand, I expect better service than this. Why would you schedule a job this long, so late in the day and cause a huge disruption in the clients life. Never again."

"I have purchased a unit with Hansens and what a surprise we found when we were selling our house a year later! See photo, there is supposed to be a hole there in that wood. You think spending $10,000 on a unit with service, these people would know how to do their job. Don’t be fooled by how fast they can come out and look at your AC, because I bet in the heat of summer when you are desperate They’ll tell you it needs to be replaced and they can do it the same day or the next and that you can finance it at a cheap rate! Plus all the “warranty” benefits. Don’t let them blow smoke up your rear end. Moving forward to the house I just purchased, the previous owners purchased a new $11,000 unit less than a month before closing; mind you closing was contingent on a new unit and God only knows if there really needed to have a new one installed. Hansens tells you there is a 10 year warranty - but what they DONT tell you is that it’s not on the unit, it’s for the person who buys it! I reviewed the paperwork and do not see where the sale of a house voids the 10year warranty. What a scam. So beware in this summer heat when your AC goes out, I recommend you call a different, and more trustworthy AC company."

"Called on a Friday evening and the service technician, Eric, came out within the hour. He was extremely helpful and honest about what needed to be done. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything and he took his time to thoroughly answer my questions. I was able to schedule the installation of a new system for Sunday. The installation team, Darius, Ikeim, and Kenny Mac, were very professional. They arrived on time and worked until the job was complete. They did a fantastic job and I appreciate them also answering my questions and explaining what they were doing as they were doing it. They cleaned up everything after they were done and left everything as they found it, except much cooler! Great service all around."

"The technician got our heater working. Professional and came out within 18 hours of my initial phone call. Very nice tech and was able to solve the problem fairly quick. Will definitely use again."
