"This guy is a joke even the station across the street is almost 8 cents less a gallon everybody goes down he goes up. We drive over 40k miles every months locally we're no longer gonna buy from Shell I will contact my other locations and we'll change over our account to Mobil or Citgo. I'm tired of this guy and other Shell tation's ripping us off. If I could rate 0 stars I would. They're gonna have to get rich ripping off other customers."

"Remarkable service.....never a bad experience always so friendly....with the exception of the rude late night cashier!!! Only encounter him rarely!! Only gas/convenient store we use in Fultondale!! Fill all our cars up weekly here!!"
"Staff was extremely rude. I spent $20 for gas then went inside to by a water. I was told I would have to spend more to use my debit card. The minimum for debit card use is $3. The cashier was also inconsiderate to the customer in front of me and did not get off the phone for a few minutes. This place used to be great when the older man owned it in the early 2000's."
