"Love Chick-fil-A!..... I gave 4 stars for service because I order on the app every morning Mon-Fri like clock work. I click "I'm already at restaurant " then "I'm here" when I am 5 minutes away and I still have to wait every morning for my order. Managers should also keep their jokes more appropriate for work and especially when they are at the front counter. 2 of the guys making a sexual joke to a female employee within customer ears is uncalled for."

"Our food was good, and it came in a timely manner! However there were a few Chick-fil-A employees seated behind us eating some of them were on break. There was a guy with them who was either an off the clock employee or just a friend of the group. They were being obnoxious and loud. And definitely weren't acting/talking in a way you'd expect employees of Chick-fil-A to act. I'm all for employees having fun, but there's a time and place for everything!! And that group was definitely crossing the line."

"Online order was easy. Checked in easily but then sat, and sat, and sat some more in the drive-thru line because there is one employee (who disappeared for some time) taking payments for two lines and she didn't have access to the cash box for people not using the app to pay. The window employee seemed frazzled and rushed, so much so she handed us 4 bags of food at once, dropping one to the ground (where there was a lot of food on the ground so it obviously happened often). Food and sauces were accurate so I'll give them credit where it's due. I know what to expect in any other fast food restaurant, but we choose Chick-Fil-A because normally it's quick and easy when we are on the road and its refreshing to see employees smiling and happy to help. That's not the case with this location today."
