"Every time we come to fultondale we most likely will eat here. We usually get good or decent enough service. Today though, it's been the worst it's ever been. We've felt completely ignored, hostess saw after 15 min we didn't have drinks and came and took care of us, and got our orders. After the cook brought our meals out then our waitress finally came to check up on us. We never saw her again till we paid, and even that took time for her to do. I know that sometimes people can be going through a rough time that we know nothing about. So I try to remember to be kind and if nothing else, I try to not give people a hard time. Still gave a tip, still cleaned up my table before we left. I still recommend this restaurant, burgers are great. Hopefully when we go back, will get a different waitress and better customer service"
"Decent food. Place wasn’t crowded but our server wasn’t attentive. Missing items from our order. Second time requested it was still incorrect. Took longer than reasonable for refills and service. May have been a bad night for them."

"every single time i go to this location, food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and you’re always welcomed with a smile at the door. went out for dinner last monday night, everything was amazing! get the queso for your fries! my server, madison, was attentive and friendly, making sure everything i ordered was exactly as i would like it. she recommended me the steak burger and it was awesome! they have a surplus of draft beers, and a HUGE menu! i highly recommend!"
