"Okay, this is the first review I’ve ever left in my life. I’m not exaggerating, every single time I have been to this location, they’re out of half their ingredients. Today, espresso machine is down and cannot service ANY coffee. No hot coffee ready, no drip coffee prepared, no cold brew, nothing. What is the purpose of having this location if you’re not going to EVER have what you need to run. If you’re looking for coffee, go to the McDonald’s in the same parking lot because chances are, Starbucks doesn’t have coffee."
"So, I just left the Starbucks, I went in and ordered the same Java Chip that I’ve been ordering for years. When she gave it to me, it looked strange. So I asked”Should there be something on the whip cream”. She gave me a very confident “No, if it was a Mocha Cookie Crumble it would”. As I’m walking off, I pull up my past orders on the app. There it was, drizzle on top of the whip cream. I started to keep walking but I went back, by that time she had walked off, so I showed the other girl and asked her to relay the message. I don’t believe in the customer always being right, but this time the customer was right. So, how do you work somewhere and don’t know the product you’re selling?"
