"Absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Waitress was more occupied with having a conversation with the table a few seats down from us than doing her job. Had to ask multiple times for silverware and refills, silverware came out after we were nearly finished with our food. Still waiting on the refills."
"If you get food from here, get it to go. The service was the worst I’ve ever had. We went for my birthday on Valentine’s Day. We expected it to be busy because being a Valentine’s Day baby, I expect that. It took 15 minutes for our table to even be cleaned off, another 10 just to even get our drink order out in. 20 to get the drink and my friend didn’t even get her drink until her food came out. Food was brought out fairly quick for 12 people. BUT, the child that was at our table didn’t even receive his food, we had to bring it home!!!! The manager didn’t even apologize for our terrible experience. I absolutely love chilis but will not be back until things change."
"Right off the bat, my waitress Bailey was amazing! She was very attentive and genuinely seems to care for a positive customer experience. The food was pretty good, it definitely hit the spot. I’ll definitely have to stop by again when I’m in the area!"
"Went during lunch and surprisingly it was only a few people. Sat and greeted immediately. Server was good. Appetizer combo looked like it was for a child. Cajun pasta was good. Wings were hot."
"Overall pretty good. Had the Southwest chicken soup, very tasty. For the entree I had the ribeye steak, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was all very good but for me personally the seasoning on the steak and the seasoning of the potatoes was just a little too much salt for me. Still very good but I know I can't eat like that all the time if I want to keep my blood pressure at a normal level, lol. But overall very good. Service was timely and friendly."
