"The price you pay for electric is insane. The staff inside are the rudest no manners have no work ethic absolutely no people skills. Im speaking from my own experience when I say things. They wanted me to pay a $700.00 deposit for my home. And then turn around and pay a $500.00 deposit on a detached garage/shed on the same property. Never heard of anything like this ever. After visiting the office the very next day a woman rudely try to tell me that there's 2 homes and I was trying to get electric for free. Yes it's 10acres ,pond,house,pool and the garage/shed that is separate. Now to my knowledge she has never been there, never offered to send anyone out to see what is what. I made a complaint about this to the higher-end. Recently I have read that there is 138 complaints"
