"We ordered through the app and one of our orders was completely wrong. I had to drive 15 min one way to get it remade. The night shift manager told me she can only remake the order or refund me. She couldn't compensate me for the inconvenience (30min drive). She could have easily refunded me my money and remake the food. This wasn't the first time we ordered online and our order was wrong. Is it that hard to follow online instruction of what ingredients to add!?!?"
"Food was good, except that they had red and yellow grilled peppers instead of green. I'm allergic to yellow and red.. It's always been green bell peppers since I started eating at the first Chipotle in Denver near the collage . This particular store seems to serve a better prepared product than some of the other nearby locations."
"Let’s start with how dirty this place is. Never is there a clean table . The staff is extremely rude. The girl working the register took money then went over and started making our food without changing her dirty gloves . When we sat down to eat 3 workers sat at the table next to us and all of them were vaping inside and basically blowing it our way. When this place first opened it was great. It’s terrible now !"
"Used to love this location... Paid 30 bucks for nothing... Ordered 3 bowls to go and they were half full... All of them. How rude and inconsiderate.. literally 3 pieces of chicken on 1 of the bowls... My bowl. My daughter had a little more than I did, thankfully. My son didn't pay attention to his, only paid attention to not having much in it at all."
"Went there yesterday and the cilantro lime rice was not seasoned and was severely under cooked (half raw, crunchy and pasty). Tried calling several times when I got home to let them know and try to get it resolved, but nobody answered. Called again 3 times today and finally got someone. The manager (Paddy) told the worker that they wouldn't remake the bowl or refund me because "this has happened a lot in the past, so we aren't doing that anymore." So, they wouldn't correct the order or make it right. This is the first time I have ever encountered this at any Chipotle, so people need to know that they won't fix mistakes or address concerns."
