"Took over half an hour to get two blizzards. When getting them, one of them was less than 3/4 full. I asked if they could remake it. They did only for it to stay the exact same size. I would steer clear of this location."
"A far as DQ's go this one was pretty good. My order was prepared and served in a very timely manner. Cheeseburger was just like I ordered it, and the fries although not cooked crispy as I asked were good. The physical location was clean and overall it was a good experience. MInd you I havent eatten in a DQ for at least 15 plus years. My last experience was at a DQ in Northern Virginia and it was a HORRIBLE experience. Service was fast and friendly. Thank you."
"I come here often for a sundae but what I received was not what I paid for. When I mentioned to the young lady that it doesn't look like it normally does, she didn't seem to care so instead of complaining I just went to the Dairy Queen on University Dr in Huntsville and ordered another sundae with 2 additional toppings. It was perfect as always and the employees were extremely welcoming to me. I actually live in Madison, 5 minutes from the county line location."
"Great service. Quick service. Awesome dining experience. Parking is ample... just be extra careful going across the parking lot. Drive thru is easy to navigate. Clean and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, they do not accept Amex for payment."
