"This restaurant has really turned around. The service was great today. Everyone was working hard as it was a busy lunch time. Much appreciated!"
"No one was in line 10am. Had to wait 22mins for my order which wasn't even all in the bag. Called to inform that I was coming back for the food and still had to wait an additional 10 mins and the English muffin egg sausage and cheese was ice cold."
"After repeating the order 3 times it was still wrong. I drove back through the drive thru only to deal with a complete idiot (girl with pink hair). First she wanted to make it seem like I messed up only to have the young man who took the order say that's what he ordered, it's right there. Then she was upset that I requested a refund. I was told to pull up and come in, only to wait for her to service 2 other people in the drive thru before taking care of my refund. I asked her who owned the franchise and she said this is Dave's place. I said, I know who started Wendy's, I want to know who owns this one. She said the GM is Charles. Wow!!! And you think you are worth more money? What a joke."
"I ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and the bun was hard. The manager Mary was waving her arm out the window to come on but I didn’t want to pull up until I had my change ready. And by the time I got up the I told her I wanted to get my change out and she said we are on a time. I get that you are on a time in drive thru but there is no reason to be rude and serve a hard bun to customers. You get more flies with honey."
"It was not a nice visit. This Wendy’s has been bad and leading to worse now. Out of menu items and hour wait for certain foods. Would not let you use drive through, drink machine broke. Horrible management. Two people up front doing the best they can just to keep orders going while in the back is a lack of any urgency. They need help and need some retraining. Might want to send maintenance to fix almost everything. Won’t go back there. Probably will stay away from Wendy’s for a while. Room was full of people and the cook was not wearing a hair net"
