"Came in to purchase a gown for a gala the other day. The prices were fairly reasonable and the selection was decent, considering the Galleria is a shell of its former glory. The 3-star review was mainly because of a pretty lackadaisical response I got when alerting the lady at the register closest to the ladies' formal wear that there was clearly a strategically-placed hole in the ceiling directly above the mirror in the dressing room adjacent to the cashier. In my old line of work, that was a major indicator of a hidden camera. When I brought it to her attention, she didn't seem all that fazed. Considering the crazy world we live in today, it just seems it would've been taken a little more seriously. Anywho, probably won't be back for the lack of security alone, but if you're just going in and out and don't plan to get down to your skibbies in the dressing room, you should be cool."

"CS associate processed my online credit wrong. Credit didn’t show on statement. Called corporate & was told to go back to the store. Talked to manager Deanne (sp) who promised to look into after I gave her date, approximate time, description of who helped me and item returned. She was supposed to view tapes to verify my story. After 2 days I called and left a message. 3 days later still no call. $106.00 return unaccounted for. No follow up from Deanne saying I’m working on it. Nothing! Finally went in and got wonderful help from Linda. If she’s not a manager she should be! She found and solved the problem in no time and I got my credit. Coach Deanne on proper CS and give Linda a promotion and raise."

"Macy’s customer service and support is awful. I was sent the wrong size. I was told by the supervisor that they reshipped my order and sent me a return slip to send back what I received. I returned the package with the return slip that was emailed to me. 10 days later I have received the reshipped size. I called Macy’s and was told it was never shipped and the item is now sold out. Awful!!!!!"

"So this location is one of the best Macy’s that I’ve been to. Very well stocked with a super large variety of product for the customers. For the most part, it is clean and well organized, but there are a couple areas that they could work on. Customer service was remarkable, friendly and helpful to the utmost. I found everything I was looking for and them some. I highly recommend this store. ."

"The store was a mess. We were trying to find a specific expensive cologne and after waiting 20 minutes, was told she had no idea what I was talking about. She didn’t even attempt to look or offer any other suggestions."
