"I really enjoyed my first visit at Another Broken Egg. Our server Sophia made it even better. She was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful! The ambiance was nice and cozy. The prices were affordable and the food was good. I ordered the strawberry pound cake French toast and it was delicious! I took off a star simply because my food wasn’t hot. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would visit again!"

"SMALL THINGS COUNT Today's Sunday brunch was less than stellar. "Disengaged, aloof" customer service was my unfortunate lot. Being mindful that attentiveness to customer preferences via active-listening makes for exceptional dining experiences. Austin M., the assigned waiter, never asked if my order was correct or the customary follow-up, "Do you need anything else." My order was incorrect. Even though, I expressly requested "no Goat cheese," tiny morsals were littered atop my lemon blueberry pancakes! Moreover, I had to remind him to bring my eating utensils, and my eggs were cold. Usually, this Another Broken Egg is my favorite of the three in Huntsville/Madison. Positives from this food event were the savory baked bacon, fresh blueberries, and those fluffy, light pancakes: absolutely delicious! At some point, I plan to return. Hopefully by then, small matters such as customer check-ins, will ascend to priority-status in producing the full-scale, euphoric dining experiences which I have come to relish over the years."
