Pizza Hut

"Customer service is a job meant for those who are fair, and honest to say the least. My order was wrong, I had to inconveniently drive back 12 minutes to a restaurant to be told by a 19-year old ill equipped supervisor that my order was correct. When asked what type of sauce it states on the order, she noticed she was wrong. It had red sauce and I ordered white sauce. You would think, she would apologize, however no such basic words were spoken. When asked does she treat all her customers disrespectfully, total chaos broke out. This entire location needs to use the video from tonight that they refused to show me with the police as a training opportunity. What could have been totally prevented turned into a situation that goes far beyond an incorrect pizza order."

"Ordered a meat lovers and got a cheese. Ate a slice, and called the driver, he said call the store. I did and they didn't do anything except tell me that they could have another one in 35 minutes. Had to go someplace after eating, didn't have time to wait. Wasn't offered a voucher or credit to my charge card. Booooo!!!!"

"This location needs major help! I received a pizza that was barely ok it wanted to be pizza hut but just didn't make it didn't meet the standards I remember pizza hut was good Perhaps the entire Winchester Rd pizza hut should go under new management or intense training on how to make a pizza that's the only advice I can give cause boy was that not a good"

"We placed an order that was a pepperoni melt, six wings, and a cookie. We received some kind of sausage melt, only 5 wings, and it was cold as well. We were planning on getting a remake but got put on hold long enough that it was evident no one was going to answer. We called again and talked to a lady who I assume is the manager. She was not apologetic at all and said we only had two options, a refund or recook. We asked for a recoook but she told us we would not be prioritized in any way and would have to wait 45 or so minutes for all the other orders first. We said no thanks and got some food elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I work in a restaurant and you don't blame the customers when you are the one who messed up. You fix it and apologize. That's all we wanted."

"I love this Pizza Hut! When I pick up my order after a long day's work, I appreciate the fact that the food is ready fairly quickly. The young lady that has helped me at the counter on multiple occasions in the evenings is super friendly and I appreciate her outstanding customer service. Every time we've ordered from here the food is delicious and still hot when I get it home."
