"The customer service that I had experienced tonight was horrible. Rude and impatient.. I canceled my order mid transaction due to feeling uncomfortable with her making my food. Hopefully better from this location smh"

"My family and I placed an order at 5pm and at 642pm (despite the initial order supposed to be delivered in 60 minutes) still no update on the order. The order was not a large order just 2 pizzas, bread, and chicken. We called the store and they told us the order had been ready for 30 minutes but it’s just sitting at the store, getting cold, and it would be another 50 minutes before anyone would deliver it. The “manager” said there was nothing she could do to help with the issue because she didn’t have another driver. I’m not sure why Dominos makes this the customer issue. If you cannot handle the orders then shut down orders or the store for the day. We cancelled the order because waiting 3 hours for the food is completely unacceptable no matter what restaurant it is."

"Came on 10.31.23. Places an order to pick up. After 35 minutes went to store to pick up. Was told I’d have to wait another 30 minutes they haven’t even prepped it. I said what’s going on why is it an hour wait to pick up? The manager, woman pictured, rolled her eyes at me, gave me a look like she was disgusted with me and gave me the most ugliest look when I asked what does Halloween have to do with an hour wait? That’s all I asked, I didn’t make a scene, didn’t scream or do anything but wait for my food. When I got it I told manager I don’t get pizza for myself, I don’t have small kids, so I wouldn’t have known that it affected her business that bad. That I didn’t deserve for her to roll her eyes at me. She said ya ya ya drive safe and go on bye! So super loud, screaming at me as if I had been a loud scene making Karen in front of the other customers. They win I’ll never go back. This is what happens when they hire people in drugs and don’t pay them well. Us the customers suffer. Save your breath whom ever responds and says contact them about my experience. They just say that for show. They just don’t care. And to have this women as a manger shows how far their ones lack of skills needs to be in order to work at dominos as a manager. They are locally owned though, so that means they don’t want my money nor do they care."

"I ordered pizza awhile ago and still waiting. I will not be ordering from Domino's again. Everytime it gets worse and worse. This is beyond ridiculous. After the wait, this is what I got!!! I'm so mad!!"
