"Hot and ready means now. They will take your payment & then let you know there is a 20 minute wait & have you pull to the front to wait. I’d probably choose a better quality pizza if I knew I’d have to wait 20 minutes. Dominoes is also running a promo that costs you the same as Little Caesars. Eat that premium pizza kings."
"Once again ordered from Little Ceasers and was disappointed. I ordered the soft pretzel crust pizza and they served me Regular crust sprinkled with salt. The pizza was also not cut into slices. I ordered this a couple of weeks ago and it was a soft pretzel crust, so I know they did not make it right this time. I was just starting to gain their trust back too."
"On 1/23/23 at 2pm went in to get a carry out pizza. Sat and waited for my order. When I got to my car and opened the pizza up due to pizza box leaking , pizza was saturated with butter and oil and cheese slid off every piece. Quality is horrible. Went back in and discussed with the lady and was told no I can't get another one made and started helping the one only person in the lobby. Place is pathetic"
