"I usually have no problems getting my order in a timely manner, and I know with the roads not being perfect,and the possibility of being short staffed. I've been more than understanding on the time frame,but once it got close to 3 hours I was getting upset. I had placed my order for my pizza at 5:47pm by 8:25 pm I got an update on the tracker saying my pizza was being remade. Thats not the best customer service. Had you called me(or answered my call when Ive been on hold and waiting)and said our system is messing up or we're short staffed etc I would of have been even more understanding, but then when I finally got ahold of someone on the phone I was hung up on. 3+ hours is ridiculous. Will not be returning. Terrible customer service."
