"i ordered online and couldn’t get my food until a hour later due to it not being ready. and the food is not edible, the dough is still raw. extremely poor service."
"This location has to be one of the worst in all over the Huntsville area, if there was an option to place 1 star I would. The service was terrible they only had 4 cars in the drive thru @5:09 when I came inside to receive my order they demanded that I must go through the drive thru to receive my order which still had the same cars in the drive thru @5:50 also waiting for their food. Wish I could say I’m Over exaggerating but it’s the gods honest truth. I wouldn’t waste either my time, money or taste buds here."
"Employees didn't listen when giving the order. Girl working drive through kept saying they don't do stuffed crust when I was only ordering a normal pepperoni pizza. For a "hot and ready" pizza it took almost 20 minutes to get it. I use to work for Little Caesars as an assistant manager. By far that was the worst experience I have ever seen with the brand while at location. Got home and the pizza was burned. When I called the store it kept going to voicemail. I called another location in the area and they informed me that tends to be a normal for the Sparkman location. With that experience and the other locations stating the reputation the Sparkman location has, how has Management and employees not been replaced? I will be filing a formal complaint. Clearly the employees don't care enough about their job to even take an order."
"I placed my order online and the front door for the store was locked so we waited in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes and received this. I tried calling multiple times once we made it home and no answer."
"I had a mistake happen with my order and the manager Miss Sheila made it right for me and has the best disposition for any one in the restaurant business. She is a great example to her worker's and to those who have the pleasure of dealing with her. Might need to give that lady a great raise cause she helps keeps customers coming back."
