"We were there at 1 pm. The place was pretty full and there was no pizza or noodles on the bar for at least 20 minutes. Pizza was average, and it was a feeding frenzy when a pizza did make it out, so it was hard to get a piece."

"Took my 3 grandchildren, ages 8, 11 and 13 for lunch at 1130. They were not crowded but busy and got busier while we were there. Child's buffet is for age 10 and under so I paid for 1 child and 3 adult buffets. Lots of pizza varieties on the buffet and staff continuously put out hot pizza. The dessert bar had 3 choices but cinnamon rolls were empty. A staff member came by our table 3 times collecting dishes and/or asking if we needed anything. Large variety of drink machine drinks. We played a bit in the arcade and overall it was good food and fun."
"I hate giving negative reviews but the pizza was very cold. When I went to go ask for a pizza, the two workers just flat out ignored me for about 10 minutes. The brownies were served very cold and pretty much raw. Later on there were people waiting at the front to be helped and they stood there for about 20 minutes and people were trying to get the workers attention but no one came for a good minute. Cici’s didn't close for another 2 hours and they were not putting pizzas back out even though the restaurant still had plenty of people inside. We got blocked in to our section because they started cleaning 2 hours once again before closing. They also don't take Redstone debit cards and they don't have that information posted anywhere. If I could give zero starts, I would."
"It was a little too busy for the pizza makers to keep up. Don't seem to do custom orders any more and it was quite loud inside. But overall decent pizza, good salad bar - so you can basically add your own toppings to plain pepperoni pizzas - and bus staff was very attentive clearing away used dishes promptly."
