"I dropped my phone 2 weeks ago and cracked my screen. Nothing other than the cracked screen what's wrong with my phone. Since I was going out of town I took my phone to this company Wednesday since they told me they can have it replaced in a couple hours. After a couple hours I got my phone back and didn't think anything about it after I paid and also bought a case and protective glass with the repair. Someone tried to call me and I answered my phone on speakerphone and realize that my sound from the speaker was very distorted and didn't sound how it initially sounded before I took the phone in. I couldn't take it right back up that day because I had other errands I have to run but was planning on taking it back the next day and letting them know first thing in the morning problem was later that night when I had went to charge my phone it wouldn't charge and when I woke up the next morning the phone was still on but I had a completely black screen. Only reason I know the phone was on was because my cousin called me and the phone was actually ringing but there was nothing on the screen. I show up to the store before they even open and let them know what was going on with the speaker the charging and the screen and they tell me if they were going to take care of it. The only thing they correct it was the screen that charge port but they didn't bother to fix the speaker they messed up. They tried to tell me the speaker is messed up because of the fall but again the speaker was fine for 2 weeks after the fall before I took my phone into them. Since I was tight on time I didn't even bother arguing with them about it. But it's unfortunate you allow company to make right a mistake they made but they rather put more effort into and deceive their customers."
